Salary and Benefits Salary: $28.85 per hour Overtime and Vacation Pay: Stable & full-time employment Work-life balance through flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities · Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and other HVAC equipment. · Assist with the installation and securement of systems, including mounting brackets and handling electrical connections. · Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of ductwork systems for efficient transmission of heat and cool air. · Assist with regular inspections and basic preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment. · Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate storage or work areas upon job completion. · Clean and maintain a tidy work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are returned to their appropriate places. · Dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner. · Assist the technician in cleaning, inspecting, and replacing air ducts. · Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. · Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools and gauges, and giving feedback on findings to the lead technician. Job Requirements · Completion of Secondary School will be an asset but not mandatory. · No experience required. Training will be provided. · Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. · Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work for extended periods. · Manual dexterity for handling tools. · Willingness to learn and take directions from technicians.
