Joining our Operational Learning team, you'll work with clients to identify their training needs and design, develop, and evaluate effective learning solutions - with a primary focus on eLearning content, while also supporting instructor:led, virtual instructor:led, and on:the:job training. With you injecting the same passion into designing top:quality training programs, we can't wait to have you join us in rethinking our energy future In this role, you will: typedisc: :Develop knowledge of our business, including our operations, regulations, services and strategic priorities. :Establish collaborative relationships with Occupational Health and Safety and Operations clients and subject matter experts to support our Gas and Electric divisions. :Execute training projects and deliverables based on operational priorities. :Participate in department:driven training and process improvement initiatives. What it takes: typedisc: :A diploma in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline from an accredited post:secondary institution, plus three years of recent, related experience-or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. :Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodology, specifically ADDIE. :Proficient computer skills including use ofthe Microsoft Office Suite. :Demonstrated advanced skills in eLearning design and development, with expert:level skills in Articulate 360. :Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients, subject matter experts, and peers. :A passion for innovation and a forward:thinking, analytical approach to implementing progressive training solutions. :Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. :Project management experience preferred. :Experience creating ancontent related to occupational health and safety is considered an asset. In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
