The job description is as follows: Title: Painting Supervisor: Construction NOC: 72014 Salary: $ 35.00 per Hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: Painting Supervisor: Construction will perform the following job duties: · Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in plastering, glazing and painting. · Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors. · Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. · Requisition materials and supplies. · Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. · Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions. · Prepare work progress reports. · Also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers. · Perform other tasks as and when required. Employment requirements: · Education- Completion of secondary school is required. · Experience-Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
