We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our organization through a period of significant growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position involves devising, overseeing, and harmonizing all operational functions to maximize effectiveness and establish economical processes. The Vice President of Operations will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies to fulfill present and future organizational needs. Job Responsibilities and Duties as include but not limited to: ~Oversee the day-to-day operations of our consultancy's four branches in Surrey, Kamloops, Whitehorse, and Edmonton, managing administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency in line with the unique needs of each location. ~Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. ~Lead and mentor staff across multiple branches to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. ~Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. ~Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion. ~Represent on behalf of the company in industry events, and community engagements, fostering positive relationships and promoting the company's brand image. ~Address employee concerns or grievances promptly and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and retention. ~Spearhead efforts to elevate the client experience through innovative solutions and process improvements. ~Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support website development, maintenance, and optimization initiatives. ~Keeping abreast of the latest updates and revisions to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Act and Regulations relevant to the company and its regulatory framework.
