Company Location: Unit 17 - 13478, 78 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 8J6 Position: Warehouse Manager Number of positions: 1 Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $40.87 per hour Work location: Unit 17 - 13478, 78 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 8J6 Job Duties · Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the warehouse's day-to-day operations such as order fulfillment, transportation, and facility management. · Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution work by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing work procedures. · Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency. · Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. · Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles. · Inspecting products for quality assurance, ensuring that all blinds meet the store's standards before being shipped or displayed for sale. · Prepare reports related to inventory level, stock movement, and sales trends. Job Requirements · Completion of college or university program in business administration OR in a discipline related to warehouse operation OR 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a similar work setting. · Ability to communicate in English.
