Job Title: Construction Progress Report Clerk (NOC 14402) Job type: Full time and Permanent Business address: 643 E 62nd Ave, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5X 2G3 Salary: $28.06 per hour for 40 hours a week (Overtime as per BC labor laws) Minimum Education: Secondary school Positions Available: 1 Job Location: Various locations in Greater Vancouver Area, BC Requirements: · Completion of secondary education · Training will be provided · Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Responsibilities: · Locate, categorize, and transport construction materials, ensuring appropriate distribution between different project locations. · Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customer orders. · Conduct quality control by comparing packed items with customer orders and other identifying data. · Monitor the progress of work and report any material problems encountered. · Track material inventory, place orders, and monitor order schedules for inventory control. · Maintain communication with vendors to ensure timely shipment of supplies and equipment. · Prepare material estimates to ensure sufficient materials are available to complete construction projects.
