We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
Position: Customer service representative supervisor
Wage: C$ 35.00 hourly
Working Hours: 40 hours working / week
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job duties:
● Lead and manage a team of customer service staff responsible for handling client inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
● Organize daily work schedules and ensure service tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
● Work closely with other departments such as production and tailoring to ensure smooth coordination.
● Monitor service quality and team performance; provide regular feedback and progress updates to management.
● Train new staff and ensure team members follow company policies and procedures.
● Troubleshoot minor technical issues and arrange repairs or IT support as needed.
● When necessary, assist directly with customer service duties to support the team.
