Employment location: 2290 Commercial Dr, Vancouver, BC V5N 4B5 Start date: As soon as possible Job duties and responsibilities · Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. · Train and coach new employees. · Create shift schedules and evaluate the performance of employees. · Deal with customer complaints and solve issues. · Assure quality of food and service. · Keep records and prepare sales reports. · Open and close the restaurant and complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting and inventory control. · Handle cash. · Maintain the supplies and inventory by estimating and ordering supplies required for smooth operation. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. · Ensure that all areas are kept clean at all times. · Immediately report violations of safety or security policies to the Restaurant Manager.
