GoodHome Painting Inc. is seeking an experienced Painter Supervisor. It's a full-time, permanent position, $32.00/hour. 40 hours/week with overtime per the Employment Standards Act of British Columbia. 4% paid vacation. Work location: Various locations in Vancouver Mainland As a Painter Supervisor, you will be expected to perform the following duties: · Overseeing and coordinating the activities of painting crews, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. · Assigning tasks to painting crews, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. · Training new painters and providing ongoing coaching and development to improve their skills and efficiency. · Inspecting work to ensure that it meets quality standards and customer expectations. Addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly. · Ordering painting supplies, maintaining an inventory of materials, and ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. · Ensuring that all painting activities comply with safety regulations and that painters are trained in proper safety procedures. · Communicating with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the painting services provided. · Keeping detailed records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress. Generating reports for management as needed.
