Job Responsibilities · Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers' activities, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to company policies. · Ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations by assigning duties and preparing work schedules. · Authorize payments and returns of merchandise, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction. · Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. · Maintain specified inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to support sales activities. · Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to provide insights and support decision-making. · Hire, train, or arrange for the training of new sales staff, and monitor and report on their performance to ensure a high-performing team. · Ensure the store's visual standards and image are maintained, including store displays, signage, and cleanliness. · Assist with key holding and managerial responsibilities, including managing escalated complaints, creating marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries. · Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns in consumer behavior for implementing purchasing strategies moving forward. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered to customers, including espresso machines, coffee, and service/parts. · Implement incentive programs to increase sales and customer loyalty. · Work jointly with team members to close sales, cross-sell, and upsell products and services. · Negotiate more favorable rates and delivery times with vendors to improve cost efficiency and supply chain reliability. · Perform other job duties as required. Job Requirements · 2-3 years of experience. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action. · Excellent supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service. · Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals. · Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
