What you'll do Position Title:SAP iXp Intern : Portfolio Analyst Location:Vancouver, BC Expected Start Date: June 2025 Contract Duration: 8 months Work Hours: 40 hours per week The Preferred Success team is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio management analytics. The Portfolio Analyst is detail:oriented and responsible for overseeing the coordination of monthly and quarterly analytics in Preferred Success. You will have hands:on experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, and resource management. They are responsible for ensuring analysis is completed consistently across all controlling measures; coordinated with leadership communication schedule; and proactive in any observations and recommendations. This role will work closely with the Preferred Success Delivery Excellence team through accurate reporting and optimizing service delivery staffing. Key Responsibilities : Reporting and Analysis : Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting on margins, including charge outs and service order completion. : Analyze performance metrics to support data:driven decision making and identify trends affecting product margins. : Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver insights to stakeholders. : Resource Management : Manage and optimize staffing schedules for service delivery personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations. : Collaborate with various teams to understand staffing needs and promptly address any discrepancies. : Monitor workforce utilization and provide recommendations for improved efficiency. : Data Management and Visualization : Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets related to overall product performance. : Leverage Excel and other data visualization tools to create compelling and accessible dashboards. : Present findings to the Product Management Team and contribute to strategic discussions. : Cross:Functional Communication : Liaise between Product Management and other departments to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery processes. : Support team projects and initiatives that may arise within the product management scope.
