What you'll do Position Title:SAP iXp Intern : Project Management Location: Vancouver, BC Expected Start Date: 2 September 2025 Contract Duration: 8 months Work Hours: 40 hours/week The Preferred Success team is looking for a project manager to orchestrate regular project tracking, effective stakeholder communication, and robust governance processes for their portfolio of transformation initiatives. With hands:on experience in project coordination, analysis, reporting, and communication, the project manager will ensure clear visibility into project progress and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: : Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through closing stages. : Support the development of project plans and timelines : Collaborate closely with cross:functional teams, including Product and IT ensuring alignment and communication. : Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency. : Identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies. : Facilitate project team meetings and promote effective communication both within the team and with external stakeholders. : Help prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to project status, metrics, and outcomes. : Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.
