Maintain and record inventory, food and all the supplies. May plan menus and costs based on food requirement. Ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized. May participate in hiring and recruiting kitchen staff when required. Oversee kitchen areas. Job requirements: Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
