Purpose of the Role
:
Execute the sales and marketing strategy within a designated area or customer segment, with a strong focus on specification and technical requirements.
:
Drive the development and growth of sales for a portfolio of both existing and newly introduced technical building products, particularly for concrete structures, ensuring these products meet specification standards and project requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
:
Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market.
:
Develop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
:
Identify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analysing sales options.
:
Sell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutions.
:
Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organization.
:
Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationships.
:
Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activities.
:
Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
:
Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
:
Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional events.
:
Contribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectives.
