Job Purpose: The Finishing Focus Factory Manager is responsible for leading the finishing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strategic oversight and hands:on leadership to optimize production efficiency and implement FP and R methodologies within the focus factory.
