About the Department The Commercial GBS is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy and Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product. The position As a Sr. Associate Quality Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will: stylemargin:bottom:3.0px;text:align:justify: : Provide quality assurance reviews throughout the process of developing, building and launching email campaigns and related segments, automations and cloud pages. : Offer feedback to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) on progress and issues. : Keep track of all ongoing quality assurance processes and checklist that have been defined and responsible for continuous optimization of Quality assurance processes basis the evolving capabilities in the team. : Perform functional testing of the email (clicking links, confirming, tracking data, etc.) to confirm accuracy. : Document and communicate inconsistencies back to appropriate resources for correction in the predefined QA template. : Knowledge of HTML or email coding best practices is a plus. : Shift Timing : 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following qualifications: stylemargin:bottom:3.0px;text:align:justify: : M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development). : Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification. : 2:3 years of experience performing quality assurance of end to end campaigns on SFMC including segment, email build, automations and final journey. : Ability to decipher digital and non:digital assets and understand how components inter:relate. : Experience working with email platforms and testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid is a plus. : Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with different cultures.
