What role you will play in team Negotiate and develop contracts for acquiring third:party goods and services essential for business clients, ensuring timely procurement and competitive terms for professional and technical labor, HR services, and consulting services. Location: Bengaluru What you will do :Develop agreements for the acquisition of third party goods and services required by Business Clients on a timely basis with competitive terms :Drive value, efficiency and expanded market advantage via end:to:end category management phases, while ensuring operational integrity :Plan, organize and control business, contracts, negotiations for acquisition of Professional and Technical Labor, HR services and Consultancy service Contracts :Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, HR, and operations) to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives :Maintain strong relationships with consulting firms and labor providers to facilitate smooth contract negotiations and renewals :Manages and leads Medium to complex negotiations. Leverages experience across categories and industries to shape the negotiations strategy. Develops creative and innovative strategies that drive significant results.
