Change Management 3. Problem Management 4. Request Management 5. Configuration Management 6. Knowledge Management 7. Agent & NOW Mobile app customization Additional modules (good knowledge if not working experience) 2. Release Management 3. Survey Management 6. Artificial Intelligence 9. Walk-up experience 1. Strong in Integrations in ServiceNow. Should have done H2H Integrations (ITSM tool to ITSM tool bi-derectional), Tools Integrations (e.g. Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc) 2. Should have done/managed instance upgrades 3. Should have good experience working on Domain Separated instance 4. Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis Components worked on: 5. Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc Minimum Certifications: 2.
