Project Overview: Bechtel is seeking to work with a major Indian corporation to provide Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi:billion:dollar upgrade / expansion of an existing petrochemical facilities in India. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. Both scopes, PMC and EPCM, are substantial with multi:million job:hours estimated across them. This position will start as an assignment in Mumbai, India (office) prior to the receipt of the full notice to proceed from the Owner and will eventually transition to the job site for the EPC execution of the project. Job Summary: In this role, you will aid contractor's superintendents and/or craft professionals in the assigned area of the project. You will aid craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure contractor's craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.
