What we offer you :The opportunity to work for an organization that has a strong sense of purpose, is values driven and helps colleagues to develop professionally and personally through our range of people development programmes. :A fixed term contract of six months, extendable depending on performance and business needs. : The role :Receive and log incoming data in line with current procedures. :Extract information from supplied data for further processing. :Undertake quality checks for own and colleagues work as directed. :Propose improvements to service delivery by suggesting changes to processes or work scope, aiming to reduce appraisal effort where applicable. :Support service delivery enhancement by effectively communicating internal and external client feedback. :Evaluate and recommend the time and value of work to be performed for internal or external clients, aligning with an agreed fee or cost structure. :Complete administrative tasks as required, following current processes and procedures. :Engage in continuous professional development, maintaining high standards of discipline, knowledge, and awareness.
