Project Overview: Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects. As the 1 LNG EPC contractor by installed capacity, Bechtel has the capability to successfully deliver a broad range of LNG projects through our integrated EPC self:perform model, strategic partnerships, and proven experience in LNG project delivery. Partnering with Bechtel means lower cost, shorter delivery schedules, and greater certainty of outcomes for our customers Job Summary: This is an agency hired role; candidate in this role will be deployed on fixed term contracts through approved employment agencies. The Workface Planner Piping will be responsible to prepare Installation Work Packages (IWPs), Material Take:offs (MTO) and Test Work Packages (TWPs) for specific disciplines and will also support office construction activities, such constructability reviews, ensuring safety in design, providing constructions input to engineering and procurement teams that improves Total Installed Cost (TIC) on the projects.. Major Responsibilities: : The Piping Workface Planner is responsible for developing Installation work packages (IWPs), Test Work Packages (TWPs) for Piping installations in addition to being accountable for developing the detailed IWP release plan (90:Day schedule) with the Responsible superintendent, Responsible Field Engineer. : The Piping Workface Planner will review general installation priorities and check to assure the work accomplished meets the project requirements. : Reviews work scope
