What role you will play in our team Mechanical Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities and ensure timely and effective repairs of breakdown in equipment and facilities like Pumps, Motors, Air compressor, Air dryer, Thermic fluid heater Diesel generator(DG) operations, Labeler, Filling machines, robotic arm, palletizer, Blender, HVAC, Sewage Treatment plant (STP), Oily Water Separator (OWS) etc. with minimum downtime. Ensure safe working environment with zero accidents. Optimization of breakdowns and keep equipment in optimal condition. Maintain inspection and preventive maintenance checklist and documentation up to date. Ensure contractors adhere to established standard maintenance procedures and JLA (Job Loss Analysis).Familiar with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) expectations on the maintenance of plant facilities. Ensure Product Integrity and Controls compliance with company policies, guidelines, and framework. Candidate must be willing to work in any shifts.
