What role you will play in our team Responsible for the proper and efficient utilization of manpower, proper operation and optimum use of the Lube Blending Plant facilities to achieve optimum production of quality lubricants in accordance with the Quality Management System/ISO Quality Management System. Responsible for efficient/effective management of Production section, manages cost, product quality, controls, safety, security, health, the environment and customer and government relations. Job location: EM LOBP : Isambe village, Khalapur, Maharashtra (India) What you will do : Responsible for effective operations of the maintenance and engineering department. : Develop, plan and manage M and E OPEX and CAPEX budget and spent including planning and execution. : Accountable for the overall maintenance program. : Steward OPEX and CAPEX Projects, improving and enhancing facilities for operating efficiency and safety. : Maintain a high standard for Safety, Security, Health and Environment for Plant operations and ensure safe working environment with zero incidents. : Ensure Plant operations comply with Corporate SH and E Policies on Safety, Security, Health and the Environment.
