Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Compliance: : Coordinate with CBS/ Bangladesh local team for preparation of financial reports and statements : Ensure timely submission of VAT, Withholding tax and FDI return in compliance with local tax laws. : Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. : Ensuring timely book closing, submission of CFNs S4 Hana and Mfg Plant SAP Set up : : Support S4 Hana SAP transition : Support Supply Chain team for Mfg Plant SAP Set up Budgeting and Cost Control: : Preparation and updation of Budgets in system : Quarterly Margin calculation : Review ICP and quarterly costing Risk Management and Internal Controls: : Quarterly SOX Compliance : Ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management: : Collaborate with cross:functional teams to drive business performance. : Act as a key liaison between local and regional/global finance teams.
