XPO India Shared Services What youll do in typical day : Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:3.0px: : Develop and maintain test plans and test cases. : Identify, document, and track defects in a timely manner. : Collaborate with product managers and developers to determine testing needs. : Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks. : Mentor and guide junior QA staff to improve their testing skills. : Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on testability of functional requirements. : Participate in code reviews and provide input on design decisions to promote quality from the ground up. : Design, automate, and execute test cases for new and existing features, ensuring complete coverage and identifying areas for improvement. What you need to succeed at XPO: : Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. : 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance. : Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright (Preferred), Rest Assured (Optional), and programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. : Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. : Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automated testing integration. : Excellent analytical and problem:solving skills. : Ability to work independently and as part of a team. : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
