Position Summary:   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP systems, particularly in the areas of order management and billing processes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that align with our business objectives.  In addition, this role has responsibility for the day-to-day operational and ongoing functional support of Order Management and Billing in SAP ECC and S4 HANA environments. Key Responsibilities:  Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Order to Cash processes. Effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Provide expert advice regarding SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Provides expertise for the sake of estimating and budgeting. Ensure the quality of software changes by thorough and complete documentation and testing. Conduct user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OTC processes. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and business processes. Evaluates new SAP technologies, introduces best practice and process improvement ideas. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their SAP knowledge and skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes. Minimum of 3 years of experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems. Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP OTC and billing modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating multiple work assignments in parallel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and team members. Experience working on a global, multi-cultural team. Desired Qualifications: SAP certification in OTC or related modules. Experience with pricing and/or the Vendavo pricing application. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Experience with OTC related EDI solutions.
