Looking for a talented individual with specific skill sets and work experience for the role of Automation developer. •    The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of applications such as ServiceNow, copilot, Power Automate including the ability to build and manage workflows to automate business processes and establish integration between them. •    Proficiency in creating and managing automated workflows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance are essential. •    Additionally, experience with ServiceNow Service Desk ITSM is crucial. The candidate should be familiar with incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfilment processes within the ServiceNow platform. They should be able to configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, develop integrations, and maintain system documentation. •    Looking for a candidate who has urge to learn quickly, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively in a team-oriented environment. •    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
