This position is for Bechtel Gurgaon, Vadodara and Chennai Office locations. Major Responsibilities: : Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures, and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications. : Performs engineering tasks, within a discipline, having some degree of complexity. : Performs assignments, which have clear and specific objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables for an engineering discipline within a global business unit. : Participates in the operation of a small size design group in a discipline. : Requires a good knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, SP3D, 2:D and 3:D CAD, reading of drawings and reproduction methods used by the discipline. : Directly performs the work includes the preparation of layouts, study drawings, nozzle orientations detailed 2:D and 3:D Computer Aided Design (CAD) design models and construction drawings. : Monitors and checks work for compliance with approved design standards to provide quality design, reliable/safe plant operation and construction economy. : Prepares design and drafting procedures to standardize design effort. : Coordinates to resolve problems and interpret drawings and documents. : Reviews or defines engineering scope changes, as required, for project management. : Supports the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction. : Perform work in different sectors like Power, Oil and Gas Projects. Experience of Cryogenic Piping or LNG piping will be an added advantage. : Understands the inter disciplinary coordination on the project. Follows ES and H guidelines. Education and Experience Requirements: : A recognized degree in a job:related engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline from a recognized licensing board, or specialized courses in relevant general engineering,
