Commscope is looking out for an Technician II, Test to join our team in Goa General Summary: The primary responsibility of this position will be to test fiber optic products per established work instructions to evaluate product performance and collect data that provides evidence of conformance to product requirements How Youll Help Us Connect the World: : Conduct optical, mechanical, and environmental tests of fiber optic products to assess compliance to product requirements. : Execute scheduled lab tests on fiber optic components using a variety of equipment : Document and analyze test results, and generate detailed reports : Operate specialized test systems and maintain accurate records through lab request systems : Support failure analysis and assist in root cause investigations : Ensure test processes align with QMS requirements and safety protocols : Collaborate with engineers and technicians in a team:oriented environment : Participate in equipment maintenance, calibrations, and validation activities Required Qualifications for Consideration: : Bachelor's degree in engineering : Hands:on lab experience with fiber optic testing based on IS/IEC standards : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) : Familiarity with fiber optic components, lab testing methods, and quality documentation : Excellent attention to detail, planning abilities, and a strong team mindset You Will Excite Us If You Have: -Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office. -Skilled at planning and ability to pay attention to details. -Ability to effectively work within a team environment.
