Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records using Sage/Quickbooks (training on the software provided). Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Oversee the booking and coordination ofhall rentals, ensuring smooth operations for all events. Respond to booking inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent service to members and event clients. Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and ready for events (including sports events) and daily use.
