Plant Asset Manager The COMPANY Our client is a well established and growing manufacturer of commercial offsite, prefabricated MEP solutions serving a variety of industry sectors such as District Heating and Data Centres. The ROLE Due to continued growth of their business an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plant Asset Manager to join their successful team. The Plant/Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the physical assets within the business (Heavy plant and Machinery). The role focuses on the optimal performance, maintenance, tracking and safety of plant / machinery. Areas covered include; *Machinery Operations and Maintenance *Performance Monitoring and Reporting *Budgeting and Cost Control *Vendor and Supplier Management *Compliance and Safety The CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be a talented Plant Asset Manager professional with experience, preferably within a manufacturing/engineering environment allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation. Possessing a wide range of skill including; *Experience in plant machinery management *Background in managing heavy equipment in industries such as manufacturing, fabrication and M and E works. *Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. *Experience in budget management and cost:control.
