Role Overview: As BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the EV charging sector, focusing on civil engineering packages including groundworks, ducting, bases, and associated infrastructure. You'll play a key role in driving growth, building relationships, and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, local authorities, and developers. * Identify tender opportunities and secure a steady pipeline of civils-focused EV charging projects. * Lead bid preparation in collaboration with estimating and operations teams. * Attend industry events and actively represent the business within the sector. * Provide market intelligence and strategic input to senior leadership.
