Head of Finance, Carlingford, Ireland, 70k, Leisure Overview: An ambitious and growing multi:entity business operating across leisure, accommodation, and professional services is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function. This is a critical leadership role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, drive performance, and improve systems during an exciting period of expansion. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the finance function, including financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting * Oversee cash flow, statutory accounts, tax compliance, payroll, and audit * Provide commercial insight and decision support to senior stakeholders * Ensure strong financial controls and process improvements across the group * Manage and develop a small finance team (currently 3 direct reports) * Work closely with the GM and CEO on financial strategy and operational planning What Were Looking For: * Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) * Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within multi:site operations * Background in leisure, hospitality, property, or service:led sectors preferred * Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills * Hands:on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
