Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. As a key part of the brigade, you will be responsible for managing your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests across the restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering. Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of your section, ensuring food is preparedto the highest standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. Assist in the development of new menu items, contributing creative ideas. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, complying with all food safety regulations and kitchen standards. Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance as needed. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help minimize waste. About YouPrevious experience in a similar role within a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen. NVQ Level 2 or equivalentin Professional Cookery (desirable). A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum). Passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills. Reliable, calm under pressure,and flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including weekends and evenings.
