In this role, you'd be responsible for managing the day-to-day IT support for the Ireland based side of the business, working closely with the global IT team to make sure everything runs smoothly and in line with company-wide standards. You'd be the go-to person for anything tech-related on site, supporting colleagues and keeping software, servers and hardware running reliably and securely. The ideal candidate for this role will have commercial experience in an IT Support Engineer role, ideally with a strong understanding of Active Directory and Hyper-V.The right person for this role will have a solid understanding of IT best practices, experience working with hardware and good communication skills.
