Why This Role Matters: In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely liquidity reports that help steer the strategic and regulatory course of the Bank. Your insights and attention to detail will support high:impact decisions across the business. What You'll Be Doing: - Preparing daily liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR) and ensuring accurate variance analysis and reconciliations. - Assisting in the monthly/quarterly production of regulatory liquidity reports including ALMM, Asset Encumbrance, IRRBB, and more. - Supporting process enhancements and automation initiatives, including JIRA and Axiom testing. - Collaborating across teams to produce report packs, gather attestations, and ensure timely regulatory submissions. - Building a deep understanding of SIDAC's liquidity regulatory framework through continuous training and development. - Contributing to risk:aware decision:making and upholding best practices in compliance and control. What You'll Bring: - A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy. - A solid grasp of financial statements, liquidity metrics, and regulatory reporting. - A proactive, solution:oriented mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your work. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and high:performance team environment.
