This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Building Surveyor who enjoys variety in their workload, wants a higher degree of autonomy, and is looking to work with some top-tier clients across the commercial property sector-including major institutions, pension funds, and high-profile landlords. You'd be joining a small but growing team with the backing of a wider national network, meaning you'll have the chance to build your own client relationships and shape the way you work-without the red tape you might expect from a larger corporate. The work is predominantly in the commercial space and covers a broad spread of core building surveying services. You'll also have the freedom to carve out a specialism if there's an area you're particularly drawn to.
