Pipeline: Additional opportunities developing in Oslo and Amsterdam. The Role We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting Groningen Data Centre project team. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly valuations and agree change orders directly with contractors. Lead commercial negotiations and progress reviews. Engage directly with the client and project stakeholders on valuations and variations. Provide technical MEP input - CV must demonstrate clear M&E knowledge and scope. Collaborate with the Dublin office to develop future travelling QS teams. What Makes This Role Different: No margin pressure - focus is on sound commercial management, not squeezing contractors.
