Description Overview Our Legal team is a valued, solution focused partner integral to our business and central to the success of our evolving global organization. This Senior Paralegal opportunity will see you become an integral part of a global Legal team, based in our global headquarters located in Dublin, Ireland. Scope of the Role You will support the category attorneys who provide legal support for their dedicated categories through all stages of the product development lifecycle, from innovation to regulatory path to market. The types of legal issues you will support the category legal team with include the following areas: :Marketing: Support in:house counsel with review of marketing and advertising collateral, supporting the business team on a variety of marketing related claims, collaboration with different teams regarding new marketing content and review marketing assets. :Regulatory Path to Market and Product Licensing: Working alongside the Regulatory and Quality attorney, provide support for regulatory submissions, product licensing, and interactions with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. :Category:Specific Business Development: Assist in business development activities specific to the category. :Category Data Strategy: support the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations. :Projects: Completing and managing ad hoc projects as required by the Category legal team. :Legal Research: From time:to:time research legal topics, as necessary. Experience Required :Typically, these skills are acquired with a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience :Paralegal qualification or corresponding work experience as a broad:based Paralegal :Experience with project and matter management :General high level experience supporting with marketing and advertising legal support :Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. :Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines :Ability to manage workload and multiple concurrent deadlines :Inclusive with open mindset in dealing with different types of stakeholders :Excellent attention to detail :Excellent organizational and time management skills :Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to explain complex legal issues clearly :Proven track record in delivering results, hands:on and ability to manage complexity :Experience in Contract Law a benefit, but not necessary Benefits We believe our people are our greatest asset.
