Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of actions. Analyse quality failure data, lead root cause analysis, and implement lean-six sigma projects to drive performance improvements. Act as the Environment, Health&Safety lead for the UK&Ireland sales company, promoting a proactive safety culture. Respond to customer compliance enquiries and audits, working closely with divisional and regional teams. Deliver quality training (e.g. problem solving, PPAP) and contribute to KPI improvement across claims handling and customer experience.  EHS&Quality Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Degree qualified in engineering, supply chain, or similar field. 2+ years’ experience in an office or compliance environment. Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methods Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling compliance documentation
