We are working with a leading construction contractor to source an experienced Environmental&Sustainability Advisor to join their SHEQ team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on high-profile projects, driving sustainability and ensuring environmental best practices are at the forefront of operations. The Role: * Support project teams with environmental policies, risk assessments, and sustainable sourcing. * Assist with BREEAM and HQM coordination, ensuring key evidence is collected. * Deliver on-site coaching, toolbox talks, and sustainability training. * Conduct environmental audits, address non-conformances, and drive improvements. * Promote best practices through initiatives like the Considerate Constructors Scheme. * Develop case studies and share lessons learned across projects. * Monitor key sustainability metrics (carbon, waste, water, and social value). What We’re Looking For: * Degree in Environmental/Sustainability discipline or equivalent experience. * Practitioner membership of IEMA (or equivalent). * Strong experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with databases, reporting tools,and documentation. * A proactive mindset with a passion for sustainability and best practice. * Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland. * Right to work in the UK.
