Delivering exceptional customer service bymaintaining regular communication with assigned customers and supporting branches. Accurately updating and maintaining customer records in the company’s CRM system. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with branches in your designated area. Meeting daily call targets and having a proactive approach to managing your own time. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, either 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm. You’ll be based at a local Wolseley branch in either Birmingham or Solihull area for three days a week, with the flexibility to work fromhome for the remaining two days. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Excellent communication skills. Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales environments. Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships. Self-motivated with a keen eye for identifying salesopportunities and achieving targets.
