* Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician * Location: Draperstown:Magherafelt * Contract: Commercial * Salary: GBP35,000 : GBP37,000 per annum We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in the Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician who is passionate about domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, periodic inspection and testing, rewiring, fuse board upgrades, and smoke alarm installations. Key Responsibilities include both electrical: * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. * Domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. * Periodic inspection and testing of domestic dwellings, conducting essential electrical checks to maintain compliance and safety. * Minor heating installation works, supporting heating system installations with necessary electrical connection. * Rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity. * Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems. * Fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards. * Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction. * Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative, and be a part of the team. * Ability to work within specified timeframes Required * NVQ Level 3 :Electrical * 18th Edition Qualification * CSR card * City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing * Domestic or commercial experience * Valid UK Drivers License Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
