* Job Title: Multi:Skilled Heating Engineer * Location: Derry: Coleraine * Contract: Domestic and Commercial * Salary: GBP31,000 upto GBP33,000 per annum We are currently looking for an experienced multi skilled engineer to join an established team supporting response maintenance in Derry, Coleraine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, long:term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M:F core working hours. Package Include: * Competitive salary up to GBP33,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 7:30am : 5pm * Mobile ,Van and Fuel Card * Oncall Rota * Annual holidays including bank holidays. * Generous company pension scheme. * Other company benefits Roles and Responsibilities: * Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs. * Annual Gas/Oil Services in Clients Private properties. * Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers. * Safety checks and services on Oil appliances. * Will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management. * Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required. Required Qualifications and Experience: * Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems. * Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers. * Available to carryout call outs (on a rotational basis) * Time served or Qualified Plumber. * Valid CSR Card. * Full Driving License Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
