What will you be doing? As an Operations Support Administrator for BES Infrastructure, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of allocated business support functions. This includes Plant and Equipment,PPE, Facilities (inc. offices, depots and storage facilities) and other general administration duties. You will: Provide administration support to maintain equipment inventory systems, to raise Purchase Orders, to support with the recording and distribution of PPE and equipment to remote workers,to maintain the records for the inspection and testing of allocated facilities. Support the purchasing of new inventory such as hand tools and PPE, including the distribution once received, ensuring that all purchase requests are raised accurately and with approved suppliers. Administer the equipment inventory, recording maintenance, inspection, repair and calibration of general equipment as required. Support the purchasing of new inventory such as hand tools and PPE, including the distribution once received, ensuring that all purchase requests are raised accurately and with approved suppliers Supported by our Work Safe Policy, alerting your leader or another senior manager to, any potential breach of Health and Safety, or highlighting any situation where the quality of our service is deemed to be, or potentially could be, at risk for any reason such as process failure, behavioral issues, competency concerns etc. Ensure that facility companies are in place and working effectively to service, maintain and clean offices and depots. Ensure that general testing and maintenance for offices and depots is carried out as required by legislation and company requirements.
