CRANSWICK Prepared Poultry - HU7 IN HULL IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT LINE LEADER FOR AFTERNOON SHIFT: 4 on/ 4off, 7PM till 11PM Job Purpose: As a Line Leader you will have operational responsibility to deliver the daily plan. Leading a small production team, you will work with the Area Leader to create a positive working environment, where your team is able to achieve the site strategy. You will achieve this by leading a production team in manufacturing products that exceed customer expectations whilst adhering to all required standards, meeting, and exceeding quality standards, achieving targets on time and in full, within budget whilst behaving in a safe manner, ensuring Food Safety and maintaining hygiene standards.
