Whats in Store for you: As a Groundwork Team Leader / Supervisor you will play a keyrole in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project. What your day will include: * Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time. * Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met. * Monitoringequipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity. * Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew. What we need from you: * SSSTS / SMSTS * Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects * In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques* Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage. * Strong communicator * Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team. * Flexibility to travel and stay away from home. * UK driving
