Lance Operator– Industrial Boiler Servicing Location: Based from Guildford but involves UK wide travel Salary&benefits: Up to£27,000 after probation + allowances circa £6,000 Intro Talent Resource Group (TRG) are recruiting for a Technical Operator / Lance Operator to join a business that delivers industrial boiler cleaning services to Energy from Waste and Biomass Power Plants across the UK and Ireland. You’ll work as part of a small team, using specialist heavy-duty equipment in challenging environments. This is a physical, hands-on job requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
