Handling customer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse This is a full-time, permanent, role working 42.50 hours per week Monday to Wednesday 07.30am - 17.00, Thursday 07:30 - 20:00, Friday 07.30am - 16.00.
