Job Purpose To work as part of the Transitions Optical lab team, conducting tests to ensure product performance to specification Key Responsibilities : Carry out performance, colour and adhesion testing to ensure all Production lots are within defined specifications : Carry out testing to ensure all solutions are within defined specifications : Rx surfacing of test lenses and dropball testing : Complete test requests to support troubleshooting/ continuous improvement initiatives : New product validation testing and reporting : Laboratory instrument maintenance and calibration Key Requirements : Science Qualification an advantage, but not a requirement : Good IT skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office : In:depth knowledge of manufacturing process : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders : Proven ability to work in a team environment : Good problem:solving skills Transversal Responsibilities : All employees have a responsibility to contribute to the Group's sustainability and in doing so ensure that we can continue to fulfil our mission. : All business decisions and actions must serve and be in line with the Group's sustainability goals and mission. : An employee must abide by the legal compliance policy in the performing of his/her duties.
